About: A fascinating collection of figurative artwork by Dutch artist Marjolijn van Ginkel. With her passion for colour, van Ginkels mixed media paintings express human emotion while playing with form and structure. Her intricate technique and use of materials make us part of a fantastic and confronting voyage of discovery. Fragments of text and recurring figures fill the image, anonymously, without a face, created during the process of applying paint, removing it again, polishing and sanding.
