HOW TO INFLATE HEART LATEX BALLOONS:

1. Stretch the Balloon: Gently stretch both ends of the heart latex balloon. This helps soften the latex and makes inflating easier.
2. Inflate the Balloon: Use a hand pump or air pump to inflate the balloon to about 9095% full. Be careful not to overinflate, which can cause the balloon to pop.
